Introduction: The innovation I tried was a flipped classroom through the use of EDMODO because we don’t have a cyber center at school (that really works) and less than 20% of the students have a laptop. What they do have are cellphones (smart ones) so during the class I also implemented QR Codes hence students can surf on the Internet and complete the content of the class (this section of the course is managed through group projects where teams should answer at least one set of exercises). It looks like students just rotate between face-to-face teacher-guided practice (at school in a regular school day) to online delivery of content from a remote location after school; but using QR Codes also gives them some flexibility during the face-to-face period (because I give them 2 or 3 QR Codes so they –as a team- can choose just one or go deeper by looking up and solving all of them). Hola a todos, como les había comentado, nuestra tarea será contestar la página 34 y 35. En la página 34 deberán colocar el auxiliar en el tiempo correcto (analicen si hay did o verbos en pasado, eso les dará la pista qué auxiliar deben ocupar). En la página 35 continúa el ejercicio anterior y vienen 4 pequeños párrafos (lectura), lo que deben escribir en la línea es qué país están definiendo. Les anexo las respuestas al ejercicio 34. Con motivo de una reunión de Academia, las clases se suspenderán el miércoles 18 de septiembre de 2013 a partir de las 13:00 horas; por tal motivo, queda de tarea lo siguiente (a entregar el día viernes 20 de septiembre) 1. Dar lectura al texto "Child Prodigies" de la página 19. (Leer y encerrar al menos 10 palabras cuyo significado desconozcan; escribir el significado en la parte baja de la hoja) Valor: 10 firmas. 2. Escuchar/ver el siguiente video musical. Ten a la mano tu manual en la página 21. El objetivo del ejercicio es colocar las palabras faltantes (que se ubican en el cuadro en la parte baja de la hoja).  ¿De qué trata la canción? ¿Cuál es el tema central?  Valor: 10 firmas.
